All our jewelry has a 6-month warranty against manufacturing errors or material defects.
What is covered by warranty?
- Loose parts due to manufacturing defects
- Defects in closures, hangers, or other constructions
- Color or coating problems due to manufacturing defects
What is not covered by the warranty?
- Damage due to misuse, dropping or impact
- Wear and tear from daily use
- Damage due to contact with make-up, perfume, cleaning products or other chemicals

- Provide information about the defective jewelry and your order details
- We will assess the defect and provide instructions for repair or replacement
- After approval, you will receive a replacement piece of jewelry or the defect will be rectified
