1. How do I place an order?
You can easily add products to your cart and check out through our secure payment page.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL and credit card.

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are usually delivered within 2-3 business days.
4. What shipping options are available and what are the costs?
The Netherlands
Standard shipping: €4.25
Free shipping on orders from €35,-
Belgium
Standard shipping: €4.95
Free shipping is not available.
5. Can an order be tracked?
After shipment, you will receive a tracking code to track the package.
6. Can I have my order gift-wrapped?
During checkout, you can indicate whether you would like to use gift wrapping.
Returns & Exchanges
7. Can a product be returned or exchanged?
Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons. Other products can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
8. How do I return other products?
1. Register your return via info@renisajewels.com. We will then send you the return form.
2. Pack the product unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.
3. Send the package to the return address you received.
4. Once the return has been received and checked, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method.
9. Who pays the return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are for your own account.
10. Return Conditions
The product must be returned unworn, undamaged and, as far as reasonably possible, in its original packaging.
If the product has been used more than necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics and functioning, we reserve the right to charge for any depreciation in value.
Waterproof & Skin-friendly
11. Is the jewelry waterproof?
All our jewelry is made of stainless steel and is waterproof.
12. What is the warranty on the jewelry?
All our jewelry comes with a 6-month warranty on manufacturing defects with proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper maintenance.
What is covered by the warranty?
- Loose parts due to manufacturing defects
- Defects in clasps, pendants, or other constructions
- Color or coating issues due to manufacturing defects
What is not covered by the warranty?
- Damage due to misuse, dropping, or impacts
- Wear and tear from daily use
- Damage from contact with makeup, perfume, cleaning products, or other chemicals
13. Is the jewelry suitable for sensitive skin?
Our jewelry is skin-friendly and, in most cases, does not cause allergic reactions.

14. What sizes are available?
Our rings are available in the following standard sizes:
- Size 6: 16.55 mm
- Size 7: 17.3 mm
- Size 8: 18.1 mm
