Returns
At Renisajewels, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order is not entirely to your liking, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt, with the exception of earrings due to hygiene and safety reasons.
1. How do returns or exchanges work?
First, report your return or exchange via info@renisajewels.com. We will then send you the return form. After approval of your request, follow the steps below:
- Pack the product unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Send the package to the return address we provide.
- Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the same payment method or exchange the product.
2. Return costs
Return shipping costs are for your own account.
3. Return Conditions
The product must be returned unworn, undamaged and, as far as reasonably possible, in its original packaging.
If the product has been used more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning, we reserve the right to charge for any loss of value.
