At Renisajewels, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order is not entirely to your satisfaction, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.

How do returns work?
1. First, register your return via info@renisajewels.com. We will then send you the return form.
2. Pack the jewellery unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.
3. Send the package to the return address you received from us.
4. Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the same payment method.

Return costs
Return costs are at your own expense.

Return conditions
The product must be returned unworn, undamaged and, as far as reasonably possible, in its original packaging.

If the product has diminished in value because it has been used more than necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics and functioning, we reserve the right to charge for this diminished value.
